GoVia Solving the Global Problem with Police

In the U.S., 50,000 drivers are pulled over daily, and many police encounters result in unnecessary arrests, trauma, or even fatalities. Law enforcement officers face life-or-death pressures, with accountability and transparency often lacking. To address this, GoVia modernizes police encounters by integrating technology, allowing video chats with attorneys and mental health professionals while providing a rating system to improve transparency and trust.

GoVia aims to solve the problem by creating a platform that connects citizens, law enforcement, legal professionals, and mental health experts in real-time during police encounters. The app offers features like video chatting with attorneys and mental health professionals to ensure immediate support, while also promoting accountability through a rating system for police interactions. By providing transparency and facilitating de-escalation, GoVia seeks to build trust and improve safety for all parties involved.
