💡 About the Event

On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM, GoVia invites community members, activists, law students, journalists, and technologists to an essential public forum at the Columbus Metropolitan Library – Main Branch.

The theme, “Highlight a Hero: Policing in Columbus with AI,” brings together civic leaders and social-justice advocates to discuss how artificial intelligence (AI) can support transparency, accountability, and safer police-community interactions — while celebrating officers who demonstrate integrity and compassion.

This event continues GoVia’s national mission: empowering citizens to record, review, and rate their police encounters truthfully and safely through a verified, community-driven app. It’s not anti-police — it’s pro-accountability and pro-community trust.

🎙️ Who’s Speaking

  • Andre Cato, CEO of GoVia, will share how technology, data, and empathy intersect to reshape public safety.
  • Kevin Holland, host of Talk Yo’ Talk TV, will moderate the discussion with his signature balance of journalism, humor, and truth.
  • Live Streamed Attorney (via Google Meet) will provide real-time legal context and guidance during the session — ensuring participants understand their rights and the laws shaping modern policing.

This hybrid setup allows global participation — from Columbus to California, Lagos to London — as part of GoVia’s mission to create an international dialogue on justice and innovation.
